Crokinole is a traditional two- or four-player dexterity game, played on a circular wooden board, with 3 rings and an inner recessed ‘bullseye’. A ring of posts is set around the inner circle, which functions as an obstacle to reach this area. Playing pieces are wooden circular disks similar to checkers pieces. Players take turns shooting disks across the board by flicking them with their fingers in an effort to land them in the highest scoring ring on the board, the highest score (20 points) achieved by shooting a disk into the centre, recessed hole. From the outside in, rings are worth 5, 10, 15 points.
Sponsored by the Brooklyn Crokinole Club, We will be hosting both a singles and doubles tournament this year!

Painting. A model can be painted many ways (from smooth blends to textured brushwork, from bright clean colors to monochrome, from realistic metallics to stylized NMM), but the painting should be competently and consistently executed within the chosen style(s). An entry that catches the eye at a distance should also look good on close examination. For example, does the color palette complement the subject of the entry? Do the style of painting and brushwork enhance the form and texture of the model’s surfaces? Does the entry use contrasts of color and value for emphasis?

This is a Two-Day Narrative Event.
It is the year of our Lord 1916, the forces of hell have infiltrated the Papal States and have opened a Hell Gate next to the heart of Christianity.
The Paladins are out on missions infiltrating hell itself, our only defenses against the darkness are ourselves the forces of New Antioch. The uneasy alliances we have made with the forces of the Iron Sultanate could spare their ally, and roaming bands of fanatic Trench Pilgrims. The forces of the Heretic Legions have crossed the Adriatic Sea and our initial lines are failing. The demonic plague of the Black Grail has begun infesting, ally and enemy alike, and the forces of the Court of the Seven Headed Serpent, that strike at Hell’s forces and the Varican alike, always trying to prove themselves superior to both enemy and ally alike.

Moving is always stressful but luckily you were able to get this state of the art storage facility really cheap and you have the best friends in the world. You threw a party for your friends, packed everything in your house and labeled it for your new place, too bad that place isn’t available for a few weeks. However, your storage facility is really cool and so you and your friends move everything into your unit and are sharing one more high five until the door slams shut behind you…
Oh yeah, management said this may happen, all you have to do is put your code in to the keypad to open the door. The code, oh yes, it’s on your phone, your phone that is know where to be seen or found…uh oh. Then one of your friends steps forward and says, I think one of us threw your phone into one of the boxes, we thought it was your second phone, sorry.
Ok, no worries, this is simple right? Find the phone, punch the code, go home and celebrate a fun day, right?
What time does the facility close? The question rolls through your mind as you realize that if you do not enter the code before closing time, you will be stuck inside all night because codes will stop working, oh yeah and the lights go off. Heh, you laugh as you tell your friends the situation and laugh again as you realize that closing time is in 45 minute.
45 MINUTES!!!
Your friend, Lillian Verac, has been missing for a year and you, and your group have decided to make it your work to find out what happened to her and
determine if her research was true. After Lillian left on a research mission, you stopped hearing from her, while it was not unusual to hear from your friend
when she was away. It has been almost six months, concerned you rummaged around her office and found copies of her research notes and her investigations into vampirism and the existence of true vampires. While humorous at first, your mirth quickly died down as you realized her latest notes indicated that she had found someone claiming to be a true vampire and said they should meet. That note was dated two days before Lillian left.
Panicked that something may have gone wrong with the meeting and Lillian could be in trouble, you call your friends to help you figure out where she went.
The authorities were no help as they said, they’d keep an ear out but informed you Lillian is an adult, and she probably just ran off with someone mysterious.
After an additional six months of recreating Lillian’s thought process, you figure out where your friend might be.
This has led you and your friends to this place, this house, and this room. In the center of the parlor is a table and upon that table is a closed coffin. Someone calls out that they found a note and a locked journal on a desk. You look at the note and immediately realize that you are reading Lillian’s words. As you begin to read, the door slams shut, and a locking mechanism clicks into place.
Looking up at the clock, with a growing feeling of dread, you realize the sun sets in 1 hour.
In the shadow of Faerûn’s trade routes on the Sword Coast, the town of Daggerford strains with mounting external pressure. In this gritty, faction-driven
D&D one-shot created and run by local D&D livestreamers, Crit 1 N Dun, players step into the role of a ruling council from a nearby settlement, drawn into a high-stakes investigation where ideology, loyalty, and ambition collide. The adventure unfolds across three acts, run by three DMs at three fully realized tables, each featuring detailed terrain and miniatures that bring the conflict to life. As tensions rise, players must decide whether to preserve Daggerford’s fragile stability—or aid the Ifordians, a breakaway faction with a utopian vision of an egalitarian future, whose belief in their own benevolence may reshape the region forever.
We will be using the D&D 5e 2024 ruleset, and players will be able to pick from a list of 8 different characters at the time of the session. Pencils, dice, and character sheets will be provided. Due to the potential violence and language within this adventure, we would recommend 18 year old + players.

The vast majority of tabletop roleplaying games are played consisting of a group of players who each play the role of a player character in the story. You then have one player who serves as the game master. While this is a fantastic way to play that many of us love and enjoy it’s not the only way to play.
Have you ever been a “Forever GM” you always being the person to run the game but never having the opportunity to be a player character? Have you ever had a game cancelled because one or more of the players involved couldn’t make it to the session? Have you ever had a group of players who wanted to play but you couldn’t find a game master?
In this workshop you will learn how to take your favorite TTRPG and play it either by yourself or with a group without needing a game master to play it. You will be introduced to tools such as solo & GM-Less adventures, GM Emulators and a host of other tools all designed to help you play TTRPGs Solo or in a group without a game master.

Now more than ever, the tabletop gaming community is engaging in a pointed discourse around the current and historical legacy of difficult and exclusionary ideas. Why are Orcs and Goblins uncivilized savages with noticeably different skin color? What is going on with trading these Black and Brown meeples as a resource? Past and current trends in the industry will be explored to contextualize better how thought and actions in the space have changed over time. This presentation aims to explore some key gaming topics related to JEDI ideas, address current trends in the industry, and discuss ways tabletop gaming might integrate current thought and research to make spaces more welcoming.
