Thank you for your interest in being a part of the Long Island Tabletop Gaming Expo! The convention is made up of a dedicated and passionate team. All GMs/volunteers receive:
- A Staff T-Shirt
- Food, beverages, & snacks provided during their volunteer time
- Free entrance to the Expo for you and a + 1
- A 15% discount on all Expo merchandise
- The satisfaction of being on a team of people who share the same passion for tabletop gaming and making lots of people happy!
Become a Game Master or Demo Your Unpublished Game
Game Masters:
As a Game Master, you’ll not only have the opportunity to share your passion for gaming with attendees but also receive the benefits of volunteering. Whether you’re an experienced Game Master or looking to gain more experience, we welcome applications to run RPGs, miniatures games, card games, and board games of all kinds. Our goal is to offer a diverse range of games to appeal to gamers of all ages and experience levels.
Unpublished Game Playtesting:
The Long Island Tabletop Gaming Expo is happy to provide free space for board game designers to test out their current prototypes. Please note you may not sell product in our unpublished section.
Be a Vendor
Vendor registration is now open! LI Tabletop’s marketplace provides gamers an endless amount of take-home gaming experiences from both local and national vendors. Curated to ensure the best possible experience for attendees, LI Tabletop’s vendor hall will host a plethora of sellers across a variety of products ranging from board/card game resellers, authors, artists, hobby enthusiasts, and more – all in the realm of the tabletop gaming culture.

Press Passes
The Long Island Tabletop Gaming Expo welcomes press from the local area and around the world. Press badges have the same rules as attendee badges and are for legitimate outlets and journalists only.
